Generate Reports
The Vendor and 1099 Payroll Center provides comprehensive reports with flexible filtering capabilities. For example the "Check Register" report shows a list of all the checks that were created for all the vendors and contractors managed by the software. The report can be customized based on the date range of checks and the list of vendors to be included. Users can also order checks by Check Date, Check Number, Vendor Name, or Payment Category. Users can either review the report in the preview window, save it to an electronic file format such as PDF or simply print it out.

A 1099 vendor is an individual or business who performs work for you but is not an employee of your company. You are required by law to send form 1099 to any vendor that you pay more than a certain amount per fiscal year. Our payroll 1099 software takes the complexity out of tracking 1099 payments and printing required tax forms at the end of the year. The software prints the following copies on regular paper: 1099-NEC / 1099-MISC Copy B: For Recipient; 1099-NEC / 1099-MISC Copy C: For Payer; 1099-NEC / 1099-MISC Copy 1: For State Tax Department and 1099-NEC / 1099-MISC Copy 2: To be filed with recipient's state income tax return.
