2009 1096 form- How to print:
Step 1:
Start W2 Mate 2009 W2 / 1099 Software.
Step 2:
Make sure you entered the correct amounts for all your 2009 1099 forms for all your 1099 recipients.
Step 3:
Click on the 1096 form button inside W2 Mate 2009 .
Step 4:
Select the type of 1099 Form you are reporting with this 2009 1096 . Click on the “Select the type of 1099 form to be filed” button. You can select one of the following : “Form 1099-MISC” , “Form 1099-INT”, “Form 1099-DIV” and “Form 1099-R”.
Step 5:
Review all the fields inside the 1096 form and make sure everything looks good. Double check field number 3 , it includes the total number of 1099 forms reported with this 2009 1096.
Step 6:
Make sure the total inside Box 5 is correct. This field is calculated as follows:
