How can I print the quarterly state tax forms and the amounts due?

Payroll Mate does not support any state forms.  However, you can generate a report, and the report will give you the numbers you need to manually fill-out your state forms.

To create a report do as follows:

Select “Reports” from the navigation pane.

Select “Employee Earnings Total”.

Select “Report Options”.

Select the appropriate beginning and end date.

When you are finished select “OK”.

For convenience you can export the report to excel. If you would like to do this simply select “Export”.

Congratulations you have successfully created a Report.
