How do I backup my software?

The folder for your Company(s) data is called “DatabaseFiles” and is in the same folder where you installed your software.

Example:

If you installed W2 Mate into the default location which is
“C:\Program Files\Real Business Solutions\W2 Mate (2005)”
then your database folder will be under
“C:\Program Files\Real Business Solutions\W2 Mate (2005)\DatabaseFiles”.

To backup your data you need to copy this whole folder to your backup media such as a CD.
