What format does W2 Mate import?

We offer two options to import data.

Option #3 (Import W2/1099 Forms Data): With this option you can import data for unlimited number of W2 and 1099 forms. Importing data into W2 Mate is very easy, fast and reliable.W2/1099 forms data can be imported from CSV (comma separated value) that is the most common format used in order to transfer data between different types of databases. Most software and database applications will allow you to export W2 and 1099 data into CSV format, which can then be imported into W2 Mate.

Option #6 (QuickBooks Import): This option adds hassle-free import support for forms W2 and 1099 MISC from QuickBooks. Unlike other software available in the market, W2 Mate directly integrates with QuickBooks to read the W2 and 1099 data, which means you don't have to export and then import any types of reports. Our sophisticated, yet simple to follow, wizard makes importing W2's and 1099's from QuickBooks a snap.W2 Mate does has no limitations on the number of employees. In addition, W2 Mate's direct communication with QuickBooks removes the $10 Million payroll maximum faced by other software.
