• All return and refund requests must be pre-authorized by our company in writing. Please contact our refund department by sending an email to . If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

• Downloadable Software return policy: DOWNLOADABLE SOFTWARE IS NOT RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE. We offer free trial versions for our software this way you can download and try before you decide to make a purchase. Software Add-ons (including optional features you purchase on top of the basic product) are considered downloadable software.

• Boxed Software return policy: Unopened boxed software may be returned at (our own discretion) for a full refund within 10 calendar days of purchase. Opened boxed software may only be exchanged for the same title and year version.

• Tax forms and other dated products must be exchanged or returned unopened in a sellable condition within 10 calendar days of purchase.

• Custom products such as pre-printed checks may not be returned except in the event of a Real Business Solutions error.

• If authorized by us to return your product for refund or exchange you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

• If approved for a return or exchange we will provide you with an address to ship returned or exchanged items back.

• There will be a 25% restocking fee on all returns.
