Option #1 (Generate Laser Forms): With this option you can print forms W2 Copy A and W3 in black and white on plain paper. This eliminates the need for buying the red-ink versions of these forms and calibrating the printer to print in the boxes properly! This is an optional feature available for $25 only, other vendors charge more than $70 for this capability. W2 Mate was approved by the SSA (Social Security Administration) in order to support this feature.

Option #2 (Run over a Network): With this option you can share the data managed by W2 Mate between more than one machine on your network.

Option #3 (Import W2/1099 Forms Data): With this option you can import data for unlimited number of W2 and 1099-Misc forms. Importing data into W2 Mate is very easy, fast and reliable.W2/1099 forms data can be imported from CSV (comma separated value) that is the most common format used in order to transfer data between different types of databases. Most software and database applications will allow you to export W2 and 1099 data into CSV format, which can then be imported into W2 Mate.

Option #4 (Electronic Filing): This option allows you to create SSA and IRS approved Electronic Filing (E-File) submissions for W-2 and 1099-Misc forms.
