Our W2 Mate\u00ae software<\/a> now supports printing 8.5 X 14 inch pressure seal W2\u2019s.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The resulting pressure seal W2 is broken into the following sections:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Copy C for the employee\u2019s records on the top left corner.<\/li>\n
  2. Copy B to be filed with the employee\u2019s federal tax return on the top right corner.<\/li>\n
  3. Copy 2 to be filed with the Employee\u2019s state, city or local tax return. This copy appears twice right under copies C and B.<\/li>\n
  4. W2 Form instructions will be already printed on the back of the pressure seal form.<\/li>\n
  5. The bottom part of the pressure seal W2 includes the employer\u2019s and employee\u2019s addresses.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    In order to print a pressure seal W2 form inside W2 Mate, please select the following option inside W2 printing dialog:<\/p>\n

    \u201cPressure Seal 4-Up Format (use with folding machines)\u201d.<\/p>\n
