Post by: Real Business Solutions on May 21, 2007, 03:33:54 PM This small business in-house payroll software gives the user the ability to print Form 940, Form 941, and Form W2 copies B, C, D, 1, and 2 on plain white paper. However, in order to print W2 Form Copy A and W3 Form Summary form you can add Payroll Mate Option#1 or order preprinted forms from our buy page. To begin printing these forms select forms and then choose the form you would like to print. Once you are in the correct location preview the form and make any necessary changes, then select print.
