Title: Can I use your software to Pay housing allowance for clergy?

Yes, you can use this Payroll Software to custom add housing allowance for clergy employees.
Go to company then income categories, click on add in the title box add housing allowance and decide what type of payment it will be as the pull down menu gives you options. In most cases housing allowance for Clergy is exempt from Federal tax if that's the case make sure you uncheck the Federal taxes check mark in the taxes applied box and uncheck any other taxes that don't apply.

Once you have done that go to employee setup and make sure that housing income applies to the appropriate employees.
