For an additional $40.00 Payroll Mate supports state reporting for New York, Illinois, Texas, and California.

As for the other states, you can generate a report, and the report will give you the numbers you need to manually fill-out your state forms.

To create a report do as follows:

Select “Reports” from the navigation pane.

Select “Employee Earnings Total”.

Select “Report Options”.

Select the appropriate beginning and end date.

When you are finished select “OK”.

For convenience you can export the report to excel. If you would like to do this simply select “Export”.

Congratulations you have successfully created a Report.

Payroll Mate does not support any state forms.  However this small business payroll software generates 9 different reports the user can use to manually fill-out your state forms.

To create a report please use the following steps:

Select “Reports” from the navigation pane.

Select “Employee Earnings Total”.

Select “Report Options”.

Select the appropriate beginning and end date.

When you are finished select “OK”.

For convenience you can export the report to excel. If you would like to do this simply select “Export”.

Congratulations you have successfully created a Report.
