How do I print my W2 Forms using this in-house payroll software?

To create and print a W2:

Select "Forms" from the navigation pane.

Select "W2" from the active selection.

Select the employee you would like to generate a W2 for from the drop box.

Select "Preview" to see a screenshot of the W2 form.

Select "Print" to print the W2 form on regular paper or preformatted paper.

Congratulations you have successfully created a W2!
