Technical support is available for sixty calendar days starting from the date W2 Mate software was purchased.

Technical support is limited to issues related to the operation of W2 Mate only and not to any tax rules or regulations, or any other hardware or software issues.

Technical support is provided during normal business hours, which may vary throughout the year, and is provided via email and chat.

 Further technical support beyond 60 days may be available.  Applicable fees may apply per incident.
