You can add Option #3 to W2 Mate for an additional fee.

This option allows users to import W2 and 1099 data from QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics GP, DacEasy, and
CSV / Excel format. Import 1099 data from Peachtree. Import W2 data from electronic filing format (EFW2 format) and
import 1099 data from 1099 electronic filing format (IRS publication 1220 format).
