Yes you can email W2 Forms to employees, but you need to meet a number of conditions:

1. The employee must consent (agree) to receive the W2 as an email.
2. You need to send the W2 Form in a secure format.
3. The electronic W2 Form must meet government regulations for substitute W2 statements to employees.
