When I try to download W2 Mate an error message comes up reading, "Authorization Required   This server could not verify that you are authorized to access the document requested. Either you supplied the wrong credentials (e.g., bad password), or your browser doesn't understand how to supply the credentials required". What should I do?

Please clean your browsing history, delete your cookies, restart your machine then copy and paste the user name and password and you should be fine.
