How to Delete Employees

W2 Mate® allows the user to delete employees inside the software. If the employee's information was entered incorrectly, simply delete the employee and start over. Users can delete one employee or multiple employees at one time listed under the same company. Follow the simple steps below to delete employees.

Step by Step Instructions

Make sure you have the correct Company open inside W2 Mate

**Single Employee

1. Click "Employees" from the Shortcuts

2. Select the employee to delete from the list

3. Click "Delete Employee"

4. Click "Yes" on the pop up to delete the employee

**Mulitple Employees

1. Click "Tools" from the menu bar

2. Select "Delete Mulitple Employees"

3. Select the employees to delete from the list

4. Click "OK"

5. Click "Yes" on the pop up to delete the employees
