W2 Mate®, our 1099 Software, offers a powerful import wizard that can import 1099 data from Microsoft Dynamics GP. The user can map Dynamics data to go into any 1099 Form and 1099 Box on that form. We understand Microsoft Dynamics (Great Plains) only supports 1099-MISC, 1099-INT, and 1099-DIV. Our 1099 reporting software gives Dynamics users the ability to process and import 1099-MISC, 1099-INT, 1099-DIV, 1099-R, 1099-S, 1098-T, 1098, 1099-A, 1099-B, 1099-C, 1099-PATR, and 1099-OID. This tutorial walks you through the 1099 tax form importing process from Microsoft Dynamics GP.
Make sure you have the correct Company open inside W2 Mate
Note: In order to use this feature you must purchase and enable W2 Mate Option #3 to import
1. Click "Import Data" from the top menu
2. Select "From Microsoft Dynamics GP (1099 Data)"
This will open the Microsoft Dynamics GP Import wizard
3. Read Message then Click "Next"
4. Read Steps then Click "Next"
5. Read Steps then Click "Next""
6. Read Steps then Click "Next"
7. Click "Browse" to select the file created in Microsoft Dynamics GP
8. Select type of 1099 data being imported
9. Checkmark box to remap data as needed
10. Select new 1099 Form from drop down menu
11. Select box for 1099 monetary amounts from drop down menu
12. Review data on screen
13. Click "Next"
14. Click "Finish"
