How to Import 1099-K Data

Our 1099-K software gives users the ability to import data. W2 Mate® software will import payment card and third-party network transactions from a CSV file. Easily map your CSV file inside W2 Mate® and import recipients and 1099-K form data. With one click importing is complete. This tutorial includes the steps to import 1099-K tax form data.

Step by Step Instructions

Make sure you have the correct Company open inside W2 Mate

Note: In order to use this feature you must purchase and enable W2 Mate Option #3 to import

1. Click "Import Data" from the top menu

2. Select "Other Forms (CSV-Excel)"

3. Select 1099-K Forms

This will open the Import 1099-K Forms wizard

4. Click "Browse" to select the correct CSV data file to import

5. Map your fields

6. Click "Import"

7. Click "OK" on the Data import complete message

8. Click "Close"
