W2 Mate® offers users a number of beneficial features. Importing is one of our most popular features. Simply because this makes the users experience so much easier. You do not have manually data enter 1099-OID information. With a few easy clicks you will be ready to issue 1099-OID tax forms. If you need assistance with importing from a CSV file follow the instructions in this tutorial.
Make sure you have the correct Company open inside W2 Mate
Note: In order to use this feature you must purchase and enable W2 Mate Option #3 to import
1. Click "Import Data" from the top menu
2. Select "Other Forms (CSV-Excel)"
3. Select 1099-OID Forms
This will open the Import 1099-OID Forms wizard
4. Click "Browse" to select the correct CSV data file to import
5. Map your fields
6. Click "Import"
7. Click "OK" on the Data import complete message
8. Click "Close"
