W2 Mate® supports 1099-MISC Forms. Our 1099-MISC software will print Form 1099-MISC Copy A (for the Internal Revenue Service) on the IRS required red-ink forms. Easily align data on the preprinted forms. Print two recipients per sheet. Print in batches or print all recipients at the same time. Follow this tutorial for help with printing MISC Copy A forms.
Note: W2 Mate will print the data on a Red Pre-Printed IRS 1096 Form
Make sure you have the correct Company open inside W2 Mate
1. Click "1099 & 1098 Forms" from shortcuts
2. Click "Select" under Form Type
3. Select "Form 1099-MISC"
4. Click "OK"
5. Click "Print"
6. Select the recipient(s) to print
7. Select "Print Data Only"
Note: Horizontal/Vertical Offsets for Pre-printed Forms can be adjusted as needed
8. Click "OK"
9. Select printer
10. Click "OK"
