How to Print Employee W2 Form

W2 Mate® is our comprehensive W-2 tax form printing program. This W2 software handles large amounts of W2 forms. W2 Mate® does not impose any limitations on the number of employers or employees, print as many W2 tax forms as needed. Fill in the data on pre-printed forms or conveniently print employees’ W2 forms on blank paper. Print a traditional 2-up formatted form (2 employees per sheet) or print a 4-up W2 form (one sheet per employee Copies B, C and 2).

Step by Step Instructions

Note: W2 Mate will print all employee copies of Form W2 on pre-printed forms or on blank paper

Make sure you have the correct Company open inside W2 Mate

1. Click "W2 Forms" from shortcuts

2. Click "Print"

3. Select Employee(s) to print

4. Select W2 copy to print

Note: To print an Employee copy select the copy to print from the drop-down menu

To print data on a Pre-Printed form use the Print DATA Only for any Pre-Printed form

5. Click "OK"

6. Select printer

7. Click "OK"
