Batch Update Box 15 (State / State ID) for Multiple W-2C Forms

The Batch Update Box 15 feature in W2Correction Mate allows users to efficiently update the State and State ID fields across multiple W-2C forms at once. This tool is especially useful when data has been imported from a spreadsheet or SSA EFW2 wage file, or when the information in Box 15 was entered incorrectly or left blank. Instead of editing each W-2C individually, users can apply consistent state-related updates to selected forms in a single process, saving time and ensuring data accuracy.
